Our vans can support residents with non-medical transportation for our Adult Day Services and other opportunities, such as field trips and transportation to and from community activities.

Transportation services are open to any eligible individual with our fleet of 68 vans. Transportation services are provided by Choices staff who are trained in CPR, First Aid, and other training on an annual or as needed basis to assure the safety and well-being of passengers.
